Francesco Spadafora, along with his daughter Enrica, runs the Azienda Agricola Dei Principi di Spadafora, located between the hills of Alcamo and Camporeale in Sicily. Established five generations ago, the farm is known for its commitment to organic farming and the production of high-quality wines, with a strong focus on sustainability. Francesco, who began producing wine in 1993, works closely with the land and oversees every step of the winemaking process. The company produces 16 wine labels, featuring a variety of white and red grapes, and is dedicated to maintaining quality while adapting to climate changes. Enrica manages the commercial side and promotion, with a forward-thinking approach to the future of the business.
