A family with an ancient history has been producing wine near Palermo since the 1200s

The Dei Principi di Spadafora Winery, located near Palermo, has historical roots dating back to 1230. Currently managed by Francesco and Enrica Spadafora, the winery is known for its focus on quality, sustainability, and enhancing the local terroir. Using organic farming practices, it produces wines from varieties like Grillo, Nero d’Avola, and Syrah. Enrica has opened the winery to the public for tastings and stays. A recent addition is the Il cuGino 2024 white wine, which is fresh and savory.
