CHARACTERISTICS:

Colore:  ruby red.
Bouquet: avvolgente e penetrante di frutti di bosco, lunga persistenza aromatica.
Taste: balanced, round and persistent

Vinification and ageing: Spontaneous fermentation on a pied de cuve of our grapes, without sulfur dioxide, in cement vats. Up to 8 days of temperature controlled maceration.

Ageing: 1  year in cement vats and 6 month in bottles

RECOMMENDED TEMPERATURE: 16°

SUGGESTED PAIRINGS:

White meats, roasts and mild cheeses.
