Here we are, a new cycle begins a few days in advance. Despite this hot days, today, 2 August, we started the 2021 harvest. It is always brings back a lot of emotion, a challenge that began in 1993.
The first grape to be harvested is Chardonnay. The conditions are excellent, let’s hope nothing changes over the next month. We do not say it out loud, to not be heared from the Cabernet that will be harvested in a month and the climatic conditions are bizarre. We are confident and happy to face a new challenge!
And then today was an important day for us and our company: we opened the harvest in Italy.
