Music and wine.
Is wine music?
I don’t know, I am not one of those people that swirl the glass looking for hidden shades, maybe because I think about the cold pruning, the thrill of blossoming buds, maybe because I think about the new bunches and I live their maturation like a challenge.
Maybe because I taste them to understand their maturity stage or maybe because I wait for fermentation, trying the liquid with passion.
Maybe because I relate fermenting must with my iPad when listening to music in the cellar.
Maybe wine is music, but luckily I am not a musician, just a music lover.
